I used this set to cosplay Lukako from STEINS;GATE, and it worked perfectly. The outfit is flowy and very comfortable, even as I spent several hours at a convention, but without constant cooling, it is easy to start getting hot inside the outfit.
Naturally, it's not an authentic shrine maiden outfit - this is a costume, and for the price, it's gorgeous, and the quality is good too. If you are looking for something that's not made mainly of polyester, you'll have to get ready to spend a lot more money, but for cosplay, this is perfect.
My main criticism: despite advertising this as a "Red Hakama Set", and in the description, going, "Introducing our captivating White Top and Red Pants ensemble...", this set does not include hakama/the skirtlike pants advertised. The red part of the outfit is, in fact, a skirt. This didn't bother me, but it's definitely misleading to others.
Lastly, there are 2 other reviews at the time of me writing this about the outfit not fitting.
Foxtume lists specific measurements: chest, waist, hip, and height corresponding to each size choice. They go off of Asian sizes, which some may not be used to, but they are transparent about sizing information, so there is some responsibility to know what works for you and to be mindful before buying. I went with a size S and it fit perfectly, just as listed.
Overall, this is a beautiful ensemble, and worth the price, but misleading regarding the bottoms.
I didn't end up using it for my cosplay, but it actually comes with the white bow shown on the model's hair as well.

I buy it for an event and was thrill to receive it. But, it's ship. The textile is not confortable. I sweat in it as soon as I wear it. And the red hakama is a red skirt... I wanted an hakama to avoid mosquito outside... Not a good purchase. Terribly dispointed for the price and the waiting time.
